There’s a line in Blackadder that always makes me laugh. It's the episode where Baldrick burns Dr. Samuel Johnson's dictionary and dubs it
“a big papery thing tied up with string.”
After months of writing, recording, re-recording and designing I’m holding my own papery thing - the first edition of Hugger: A Bookbum.
It’s part book, part album twined around science, music, stories and the natural world. Every chapter has a song and every song has a chapter. They belong to each other.
I've just printed the first edition, and I have some copies available. I'm really happy and a bit emotional! Feels surreal to be honest that I've pulled it all together.
Every copy of the book comes with a digital album download that will unfold with each release. There are also a few bundles in the shop:
