We released the 1st song of our TJF Music Club 2021 collection this week. It's called Detour & we wrote it around the same time as Sevier which is on the new album. I was actually gunning for it to be on the album for a few reasons. First it's a song that makes me a bit giddy & those tracks are usually fun live. Thematically too, like some of the other songs on Into the Blue it talks about life taking an unexpected turn & how you can learn to embrace the uncertainty, even enjoy it. "This detour invites me to see, how boundless the moment can be"
I hope our Club friends enjoy this deeper cut of the new record & all the videos and shows that are currently Backstage.
